6 c. Boston lettuce
6 c. red leaf lettuce
½ c. pecan pieces
1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 avocado, peeled and cubed
Croutons

Dressing:
1/3 c. raspberry jam, seedless
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
¾ c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine jam and vinegar in blender or food processor and blend for 20 seconds. Gradually add oil. Stir in poppy seeds.
