3 c. ground beef (1 ½ lbs)
¼ c. liquid egg (1 egg)
½ c. milk
½ c. bread crumbs (rolled croutons)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto (optional)
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients with your hands. Divide into 6 portions in the bowl.

Leaving the portions in the bowl, shape each meatloaf around a piece of mozzarella cheese (1/2" thick by 2” long), enclosing completely.

Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes. Can be served with spaghetti sauce on top.
