4 c. cooked wild rice
1 c. sour cream
1/8 c. Dijon mustard
2 shallots or yellow onion about 1/4 c. total
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked ham (diced) or cooked and crumbled sausage
1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
16 eggs
2 1/2 c. half and half

Directions:
Spray 13x9 cake pan well. Combine all ingredients except eggs and half and half. Spread in the bottom of the pan. Mix 16 eggs and 2 1/2 cups half and half. Beat slightly and pour over rice. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is slightly browned.
