Raw Veggie Salad Recipe

8 strips of fried bacon, broken into pieces
3 c. each: chopped broccoli and cauliflower
1 c. chopped celery (more if desired)
1 (10 oz) bag of frozen peas - thawed
1 (6 oz) pkg cran-raisins
Cashews as desired

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. grated onion (I have also used chopped green onion)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all veggies in a bowl. Mix dressing separately. Add dressing, craisins, cashews and bacon right before serving.
