Ingredients:  
1) Mix together 1 stick of melted margarine, 1 cup flour and 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans). Press mixture into a 9" X 13" greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.
2) Beat together an 8oz. pkg of cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup of cool whip, spread this over the cooled baked crust.
3) Mix 2 pkgs instant pudding ( any flavor) with 3 cups of milk. Beat together for 3 minutes and spread over the cream cheese layer.
4) Top all of this with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
Keep refrigerated.
