1 quart of whole milk
1 stick butter
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup celery
4 cups potato, cubed, boiled, drained (DO NOT RINSE)
3 cans creamed corn
1 can regular corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter in a stock pot. Boil potato's el dante. Do not let them get mushy. Drain but do not rinse. Add milk to onion/celery mixture. Add creamed corn and drained regular corn to pot. Add potato's. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 hours. Do not boil. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
