1 cup shortening (1 cube butter & 1 cube margarine, soft)
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 375º

Cream shortening, add sugar, cream well. Add unbeaten eggs and Vanilla.

Add sifted dry ingredients.

Let stand in refrigerator for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with sprinkles or colored sugars.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
