2 sticks butter
6 tbsp of confectioners sugar
2 cups plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in a mixer; add sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually add flour until blended. Take dough and roll it into finger-sized bars and shape into cresents. Bake at 225 to 250º for 40 minutes. Crescents will not brown, but will become firm. When cooled, roll in confectioners sugar.
