1- 16oz. box of Rotini Noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano (or Italian seasoning)
1- 1 1/2 Ibs. ground beef or chuck
2-16 oz. cans pizza sauce
1 onion (or minced onion flakes)
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. mozzarella
1/4 c. garlic salt

Cook the noodles. Brown the meat and onion. Drain grease. Add seasonings and sauce, set aside. Lay drained noodles in a 9x13 pan. Beat egg and milk together and pour over noodles. Cover the noodles with the meat sauce. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
