1 1/2 c. ditilini pasta
salt & pepper
olive oil
fresh mozzarells
3 garlic cloves
fresh basil
6 plum tomatoes or a pt. grape tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil salted water, add pasta and cook to your liking. Put oil in a skillet, add garlic. Cut tomatoes into chunks, add to skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes. While tomatoes cook, cut up a ball of mozzarella into small chunks. Chop basil. Add cooked pasta to tomato mixture (add some pasta water if necessary), stir. Add half the cheese and basil. Transfer to a serving dish. Add remaining cheese and basil.
