1 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and flour in saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cool and stir one minute. Remove from heat. Cover top with Reynolds wrap or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 45 minutes. Place sugar, shortening and vanilla in large bowl. Beat one minute on low. Add chilled milk mixture. Beat on low until mixed. Beat on high 3 to 5 minutes until fluffy.
