1 stick butter
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Self-Rising flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese in mixer. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper; add to creamed mixture and whip until fully blended. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into small strips. Bake at 350º until light brown.
