3 c. shredded cheddar
8 oz. ham or sausage, cooked
3 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. flour
2 TB. butter
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
8 eggs
1/2 c. green onion
dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese in a medium bowl, sprinkle half of the cheese in an ungreased 9x13 in. pan. Melt butter in a skillet, add mushrooms and onions, saute 4 minutes. Spoon veggies over cheese, top with ham/sausage and remaining cheese. Whisk together flour and 3 remaining ingredients in a large bowl, pour over cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
