2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1-1/2 c. Buttermilk
1/4 c. Shortening (melted)
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and soda. Beat eggs slightly, stir in buttermilk, then melted shortening. Add liquids all at once to flour and beat until smooth. Bake on hot griddle. Allow to bake through before removing from griddle.
