2 lbs round steak
Meat tenderizer
1 Tbls Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbls fat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of tomato soup
½ pt. sour cream
Tobasco sauce
1 onion, cut up finely
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle tenderizer on steak and prick with fork. Later salt and pepper it. Put 2 tbs fat in pan. Cut steak into small cubes. Flour cubes and brown in hot fat. Combine mushrrom soup, tomato soup and sour cream. Add 6 – 8 drops of Tabasco sauce; then add 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce. Add onion and finely diced garlic. Pour over meat. Let simmer about 1 hour or until tender. I always use my electric frying pan and turn it on Simmer.

MaMa used to make this recipe a lot for your Dad. This is very good served on rice or egg noodles, and with French rolls and a tossed salad makes a complete meal.
