2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Frozen berries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13x9 pan as you preheat oven to 400 degrees (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn). Mix eggs and milk, then add flour and salt and mix well. Pour mixture into pan with melted butter (add berries to top, if desired). Bake for 25 minutes. This will come out of oven puffy and sink down by the time you get it to the table. (Show kids right out of the oven).
