1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
lime wedges, optional

Directions:

Thaw shrimp if frozen, if using the ready to eat shrimp.
In a large bowl, stir together the catsup, lime juice,and hot pepper sauce . Add shrimp, tomato, onion, and cilantro; toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours.
Just before serving, add avocados; toss to coat. Put in serving dishes and garnish with lime wedge.
