3/4 c. Butter
1-1/2 c. Sugar
1-1/2 c. Banana, Mashed
2 Eggs (well beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Buttermilk
3/4 C. Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and sugars. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Mix thoroughly after each addition. Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 60-75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Variation: Use 1 C. Mashed Bananas and 1/2 C. Apple Butter. Or use 1-1/4 C. Mashed Bananas and add 1/4 C. Strawberry Jam or other jam or your choosing.
