1 Pkg. (8 squares) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 c. Butter
3/4 c. Sifted Confectioners Sugar
1/4 c. Cocoa
2 Tbsp. Light Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
Chocolate Sprinkles or finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Partially melt chocolate squares with butter over hot water in double boiler. Remove from water and stir rapidly until chocolate is entirely melted. Blend in sugar, cocoa, cream and vanilla. Chill until mixture will hold its shape (about 1/2 hour). Form chocolate mixture into small balls then roll in chocolate sprinkles or finely crushed nuts. Store in refrigerator.
