2 cups Bisquick Mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder (I use garlic salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450ºF.

In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush over warm biscuits before removing them from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

I usually put half of the garlic butter mixture straight into the dough, and the other half pressed into the top of the dough. Mainly because I didn't have a brush when I first started making these!
