1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
1 bag (14 oz.) Caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels, milk, and butter together and cool. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour 1/2 cake batter into a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degree oven. Pour cooled caramel mixture over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and most of nuts over caramel. Pour rest of cake mix (batter) over everything. Sprinkle leftover nuts on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until sides of cake pull away from pan. Let cool and cut
