1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour and 1 tsp. soda sifted together.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Cream together margarine, peanut butter and sugars.

Beat in egg.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour and soda.

Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets.

Flatten each ball with a sugar coated fork, making a criss-cross pattern.

Bake about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.

Do not over-bake.
