3-4 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded
1 pkg frozen vegetable medley
3 potatoes cubed and boiled
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of grands biscuits
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, shred and set a side. Boil cubed potatoes until fork tender. In small mixing bowl add soup and defrosted vegetables. Add potatoes and shredded chicken to soup mixture. Place in greased 13 X 9 X 2 casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then arrange uncooked biscuits on top. Bake for 15 more minutes or until biscuits are browned.
