1 head green cabbage cored and shredded
1 lb Louisana Hot Links cut 1/4 inch slices
1/2 medium onion diced
3 T oil
salt, pepper, and garlic granules to taste

Directions:
In 10 or 12 inch frying pan add oil and cook sausage over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Stir constantly using two spatulas until cabbage is well wilted. Serve immediately. Pass the bottle of Louisana Hot Sauce for those who dare.
