Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except black pepper. Taste and add more lemon juice or other seasonings if you like. Using your hands, shape the mixture into a round patty that is about 3/4 of an inch thick. Sprinkle a saucer with a heavy layer of black pepper and roll the cheese patty in the pepper coating the sides, top and bottom. Wrap the coated cheese in plastic wrap and chill overnight or for a few hours. Serve with bagel chips or other crackers of your choice, and watch it disappear.

This is my foolproof "go to" appetizer. It is quick, easy and delicious. It also makes a nice Christmas gift when presented with savory crackers, and perhaps a bottle of wine!
