1 pint oysters
2 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 egg
2 c. crackers, crushed
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter or oil in bottom of shallow pan
Beat the egg with milk; then roll oyster in this mixture and then dip in cracker crumb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes in 400º oven.
