Chicken Salad Ingredients:
4 cups of cooked chicken( I used canned chicken)
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped purple onion
1 C. Craisens
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cranberry Dressing:
3/4 C. salad oil
1/4 C.vinegar
1 C. whole canned cranberries
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients and serve on croissants.

Blend the dressing together in blender and serve drizzled over chicken salad.
