1-1/4 cups sifted flour
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1-3/4 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook on griddle.
