2 lbs. ground round
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
1 1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (6oz.) can tomato paste

Directions:
Cook beef, onion, and green bell pepper in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes and next nine ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
