1 yellow cake mix
1 (small) vanilla pudding (not instant)
4 eggs
4 oz. German Chocolate (grated)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 - 6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients. Stir in chips & nuts.
Bake in a greased & floured tube pan at 350º for 55 minutes.
