4 chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup diced marinated artichoke hearts
2 T minced sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup capers
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on oven to 350º. Brown chicken in olive oil over medium high heat in skillet. While chicken is browning, mix alfredo sauce, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and capers. Place chicken in casserole or cake pan and pour Alfredo mixture over. Bake for 30 minutes.
