1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Cup Milk
2 - 10oz. 3/4 oz. cans cream chicken soup

Topping
1/2 cup butter
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 Cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Melt butter in a 2 quart saucepan: remove from heat whisk in flour until smooth; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Mixture may be lumpy

Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl; spread into a greased 13X9 baking pan Spread topping evenly on top: bake at 400º until brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
