1 stick unsalted butter
3 eggs beaten
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
lemon wedges
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 6 T. butter in a large skillet, preferably cast iron.
Combine the eggs, flour, sugar, and salt with an electric mixer. Pour batter into skillet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not open the oven door before the Dutch Baby has baked for at least 15 minutes.
Remove the browned Dutch Baby to a serving plate, squeeze lemon juice across the top to taste and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Delicioso!!!

Yes, each Dutch Baby takes a fair amount of time to bake, but if you have two skillets you could do two at at time. Worth the effort and the wait.
