6 eggs, beaten
Ricotta Cheese
Feta Cheese
Parsley salt
Season Salt
Phyllo Dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and cheeses until fairly thick. Season with parsley and season salt to taste. Lay Phyllo sheets one on top of each other, buttered between, for four layers. Cut into five strips (use phyllo box for width). Place "dollop" of cheese mixture at bottom of strip and fold like a flag. Brush triangle with melted butter to seal all edges. (Can be frozen at this point) Bake until golden and serve warm or at room temperature.
