1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
2 small boxes orange Jello
1 small can frozen orange juice
2 cups hot water

Topping:
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Toasted sliced almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the Jello in the hot water. Add the frozen orange juice, pineapple, and oranges. Pour into a long baking dish and chill until set. Add the topping.

Topping:
Combine the milk and pudding mix and whisk until smooth. Add Cool Whip and whisk until well mixed. Cover top of Jello mixture. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
