16 oz. cream cheese
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar, mixing until well blended. Add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix well and chill. Shape into 1 or 2 balls. Roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
