3 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 T cocoa
2 T vinegar
3/4 C salad oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 C cold water

Sift dry ingredients together in a 13x9" pan
Make 3 wells in pan and put vinegar, oil & vanilla each in own well.
Overall, pour water.
Mix with a fork or whisk.
Bake @ 350º for 35 minutes.
Frost or dust with powdered sugar.
