2 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
10 tbsp cocoa
dash of salt
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Melt butter, stir until creamy, mix in all other ingredient, except nuts, add nut s after all other ingredients are mixed thoroughly
Pour in greased 13x9 pan
Bake @ 300 for 30 minutes
