1/2 cup softened butter
3 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 1/4 cups flour
Strawberry Jam
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour. Roll out into a disk. Cut with a 2 inch round biscuit cutter. Put a dab of strawberry jam (not jelly) in the middle of each round and fold up 2 sides. Seal the edges with a little cold water. Envelope style. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Shake powdered sugar over the cooked cookies when hot, through a sieve. Cool on baking rack.
