18 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon


2 packages of gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 lbs cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 beaten egg whites
1 pint heavy cream, whipped

For crust - mix all ingredients and press down in a 9x13 inch pan.

For filling - pour cold water into a bowl, sprinkle with gelatin. Beat egg yolks slightly; add sugar, salt and milk. Cook over boiling water (in a double boiler) until mixture forms a light custard. Stir occasionally while cooking. Add gelatin to hot mixture and stir until well dissolved. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Add cottage cheese and vanilla. Fold whipped cream and beaten egg whites into the mixture. Pour the filling over the crust. Refrigerate until solid. Enjoy!
