1/4 c. Almonds, sliced
1 T. & 1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 head Lettuce, torn
1/4 head Romaine, cut-up
1 stalk Celery, sliced
2 Green Onions, sliced
1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook almonds and sugar in fry pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until nuts are coated with melted sugar. Cool. Break apart. Set aside. Place lettuce and romaine in bowl; add celery, onions and oranges. Mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour dressing over greens; toss until coated. Add almonds.

Sweet-Sour Dressing: Shake together in a small jar: 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 T. Vinegar, 2 T. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 T. Parsley, Dash Pepper.
