6 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
salt and pepper
1 lb hot bulk sausage
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in buttered casserole and season to taste. Cook sausage, drain and sprinkle over eggs. Pour sour cream over sausage. Combine crumbs and cheese, and sprinkle over casserole. Place in oven to heat thoroughly and brown top under broiler.
