8 slices of bacon
2 onions diced
12 slices of white bread quartered
1/2 pound of shredded Swiss cheese
8 eggs
4 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and break into pieces. Cook onion in the bacon drippings until soft. Combine the 8 eggs and 4 cups milk in a bowl, whisk. Place half of the bread in the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with half of the crushed bacon, onions and then cheese. Repeat the layer. Pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes until puffed.
