2 ripe avocados
2 ripe tomatoes diced
1 bunch chopped scallions
16 ounces of sour cream
1 bell pepper chopped
8 ounce jar of taco sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a pie plate mash the avocados. Layer on top of the avocados, sour cream, diced tomatoes, diced scallions, green pepper, taco sauce and cheese. Chill. Serve with Doritos.
