2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. Neese's sausage (mild or hot)
10 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Pinch of Garlic Salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Combine all ingredients & mix well.
3. Roll into small balls & place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
