2 lbs. Small Red Potatoes, halved
1 package dry Onion Soup Mix
1/3 c. Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450º F.
2. In a large ziplock bag, combine the soup mix, potatoes, and olive oil. Shake until potatoes are fully covered.
3. Pour potatoes into a baking dish.
4. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
