2/3 c chopped almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. light cream

Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Stir until bubbly. Drop onto parchment paper. Bake at 350º until golden brown and hard. Cool on rack.
