1 flank steak (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Dash of Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon curry
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup white wine vinegar

Mix butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, mustard, Worcestershire and curry. Spread on steak. Pour sherry and vinegar over steak. Cover and refrigerate 7 hours. Broil 5-8 minutes per side.
