2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt. Cut in Crisco with 2 knives, or pastry blender. Mixture will resemble peas. Add water as needed, stirring until pastry comes together in a ball. Do not over mix, or overhandle. Divide dough in half. Roll out on a floured surface.Lightly flour the top so it will not stick to the rolling pin. Fold in half and transfer to pie plate. Fill with favorite filling. Top with reaming, rolled out pastry. Cut off extra dough and crimp edges to seal.

With leftover dough- form in a ball and roll out. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll up. Dot top with butter and bake until golden. Slice to make rollypollies.
