2 cups water
6 oz. tomato paste
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper

French dressing
2 tablespoons white vinegar
4 oz. vegetable oil
1 chopped garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash cayenne
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 cups water. Add rice and tomato paste. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add onion and green pepper.

For French dressing mix vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard, cayenne and paprika. Pour over rice. Chill.
